Well, where do I start? I have been being consistent with my workouts for about 2 weeks now. It doesn’t seem like a long time for a lot of people but I am proud of how I have been doing things lately but I can still work on my time management. I write everything on a whiteboard but I still need to learn how to stick to what’s on the board. I sometimes go do something else and it throws off my whole schedule. If some of you have some examples on how to stick to your schedule feel free to leave a comment 🙂
Working out 5 times a week
So what have I been doing? I have been working out 5 times a week. I know… who am I??? The most shocking thing is that I am enjoying it. I have figured out why I am enjoying it this time round. You need to do workouts that don’t feel like a task. For example, I love to dance and I have found this fabulous workout by https://www.instagram.com/tarasbody/ She does these afrobeat workouts which are so much fun. Her YouTube is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQXSTjAoqNh5HK5Ae6iwwjA/featuredWhen I do this I don’t even feel like I am exercising, I am just dancing, having fun, and toning my body whilst doing this.
Standing on the scale
There is still one thing I have to do which I am dreading and that is standing on the scale because I do want to see how much weight I am going to lose by exercising. The scale and I have a love-hate relationship but I think I will conquer my fear next week. There is also a big chance that I am just going to see how my clothes fit and if I see that they fit the way I want then this is ok too. I will keep you posted if I did go stand on the scale or if I am just going to trust my body and clothes to see a difference 🙂
Stay tuned for next week post.
Talk to you soon and enjoy a Dushi Lifestyle 🙂
